In 2010 a families' 16 year old daughter died in a car accident then in 2012, the families’ primary home burned down.
During the reconstruction, the homeowners insurance carrier contacted all of the daughters prior schools, athletic camps, coaches, etc. to recreate all of her awards, ribbons and certificates so that the memories (as best as they could) could be replaced back in the new home without the family knowing.
Insurance companies continue to do amazing things for their clients.
